I have serval users using the iMac. How do you log off a user automatically after the computer is not used for several mintues?

What about when you set up a new user account is there a way to duplicate another user account and just change the user name and password?

Under OS 9 you were able to all the above.

Thanks

itsgrady,

check out my Kiosk ScreenSaver at my downloads page. It can do what you want with a little fiddling.

does this program properly quit any opened programs, and what about programs that have documents that need to be saved? Is it equivelent to just "force quitting" everything?

thanks

For creating new users with default settings, files, etc, there is a default user home directory in Mac OS X which is automatically used to copy from when creating new users. ONly thing is, I can't remember where it is!
