I was surprised to see that there were no participating in forum questions (unless I fell asleep at that point). Just posting here should qualify for something!

Although, if there was a "in the last twenty years" requirement, it would have been lower. I played a lot of D&D when I was 10-15, but not since.

I thought, I deserved more than that

I have seen a website of a club dedicated to the number pi. In order to be accepted, you have to have memorized the first one hundred digits!

43.3925% - Major Geek

I'm a little suprised, I figured that running the Gaming Club in College would have pushed me over 50%.... although I had to be honest and say I was perhaps the only person in the club who didn't think they were a vampire. White Wolf Live-Action Role Playing was big back then, and I could never get into it. My idea of gaming was shuffling wooden blocks over a map of Europe, and the occasional Paranoia RPG...

20,342% Geek

Maybe we should plot the individual Geek ratings against the postcounts/time since registered on this board. I wouldnt be surprised if some correlation would occur.

There were alot of questions that struck me as giving a very bad representation. The percent should be higher with fewer clicked in my opinion. Tottal geek should be some where around at least 80% so like you would only need half of those to get 100% or something. Some of those I will admit are simply not my style of geek...

ok ok. wait.

a guy with MULTIPLE star wars themed screennames who likes to troll (rather frequently, judging by his postcount and his comments appearing in almost every thread) at a mac messageboard is making fun of anything being "nerdy"?

I'm not sure if I should be ashamed or proud of that. I really expected to be more of a geek - especially since I was hoping my score would be 42 before I even took the test.

I think I see one other person higher...wow...I totally was out of the comic roleplaying sort of areas too.

To see my recent geekiness one must check the Power Mac QuickTime VR Thread, or know that in 1996 I installed a StyleWriter II in my car so that I could receive email and faxes on my cell modem for my Newton and print at 80mph.
