I want to attach my 20" Cinema Display to my PC which has a DVI input.

I know Apple sells a DVI to ADC adapter, but do they also sell an ADC to DVI adapter?

Isn't this what I would need to connect my display to my PC>

It has a DVI-"input"? Most video cards have a DVI-output, in which you'd simply connect Apple's DVI-to-ADC converter to that, and then your Cinema Display to the adapter. No "input" will yeild you anything, as you'll need to "output" the graphics to your display.
