The hard working folks over at dc.ketelhot.de now have dcgui-qt running as a native OSX app (rather than X11). dcgui-qt is a qt based (not quicktime - http://www.trolltech.com) direct connect client that is much more useful than the "original" direct connect. It is on par with DC++. You can get it through the forums there and I hope to make it available via the normal download soon.

It isn't pretty yet, but it's fully functional. Right now it's still dependant on having the free GPL version of qt for OSX installed. You can get that from www.trolltech.com and it's not too difficult to install if you follow their directions.

Cool, I was trying to get it to run, but wasn't having any success. I'll go download that and try it out!
