I'm working on a project for school, in designing a network. In this project, all the Mac's run System 7.
What are the average/low-end specs needed to run System 7 so I can get a better idea of what I'm working with.
Thanks.

Wow, they must really be giving you the bottom of the barrel, or else there's not school funding where you're at.
At my university they dump the machines every year or two years. I ran a linux group for a while and they would just give us 500mhz machines as many as we could take, this was two years ago, so they wern't that bad then. They had gigahertz dells last year all new, replaced a whole lab with new imacs. Most likely that'll be gone next year for something else new....

It's fake. We don't have System 7 at all; it's just a project where we design it, but don't actually BUILD anything.
