Open the image in a new window or tab and you'll see the dimensions in the title of the image/page...

control+click on an image and select "Open Image in New Window". Then your dimensions will show up next to the filename in the title bar.

Thanks, gorickey . I initially thought that as you move your mouse over the image it will refelect the dimensions in the status bar.

iCab had it first, quite a bit before MS put it into IE.

That is certainly interesting --erik--, it looks very OS X like!

The Safari 1.2 contextual menu is still pathetic. Not even a "Copy image location" item.

Microsoft makes OS X products too you know

What I meant was that Microsoft Internet Explorer for Mac had this before. Tooki claims iCab had the original idea, although I can't verify this (even though I was an early iCab adopter - check the theme page at icab.de). I have no reason to believe he's not correct though

I downloaded the Safari 1.2 upgrade yesterday, but don't notice any difference in the look of the forum. I do really enjoy the Mac OS X look that I got with Panther.
