what's the best RSS news reader?

I'm looking for something stable and un-obtrusive.

i have "news you can use" it sits in the menu bar and you click on it for a drop down menu with headlines of all the news you choose. i edited the icons so it is a black N when there is news and nothing when there isn't. it is on the far left of my menubar icons so it looks like there is nothing except when there is news and then it goes away when i have read them all

Thanks. I'll try that. I've been using MacReporter for awhile now. I'm looking for some different interfaces i can play with.
