Yep, but it appears to be a bump to the high-end more than anything else. Dual 2.5ghz with an updated graphics card.

And the are made on the 90nm process, as stated in their white paper PDF for the G5 "Each transistor on the PowerPC G5 is just .00000009 meter (90 nanometers) wide, built on a layer of silicon on insulator (SOI)"
