I have Mac Janitor and Disk Warrior 3.0. What does Cocktail do, that is essential for a healthy running Mac, that those other two can't?

OnyX is free and does most of what cocktail does.

You don't need MacJanitor or any other cron utility if you install anacron, available through fink.
