Well, I got 3,000 dollars worth of unused scolarship money to get rid of. this is my list of stuff Im just really excited cause i havent had any apple stuff since 1993! Anyway I need a great graphics computer so anyway heres what im gettin

15' G4 PowerBook Superdrive
128mb graphics memory
512mb ddr ram
superdrive
Bluetooth
AP "extreme"
(APP)-just to be safe
20-GB I-pod
Mega cool carrying case
JBL Creature II speakers
HP Deskjet 5150

Anyway with a student discout, the power book was $2,299
when i bought the i-pod at the same time as the comp, i get $200 back
Also whe I get the hp Printer at the same time as the comp i get a $89 mail in rebate. (so a free printer)

all together its like 2,289 or somethin. Im just estatic. I can finaly be tech savvy!

I HATE VAT. 2289 is nothing for all that gear. Over here you pay +3000 euro .

Great buy!

But I'm still confused, what is an i-pod? Is that like a new version of the iPod? Maybe it's part of the new MAC cosmetics line.

I'd drop one of the extras and get more ram from a third-party source. And if you don't have an external hard drive, it's not a bad idea for back-ups. The rest sounds great though.

Not to take anything away from your new hardware, but I find this more impressive (especially if that's for a semester/quarter and not the entire year).

No way. OWC is way cheaper. I personally recommend OWC. Quick service, cheap prices, no problems, and I got a lifetime warranty on my RAM.

i will keep them in mind for the future. its been a few years since i have bought from ramjet.com - been using crucial on the past few machines.
