Lucky bastard. j/k
That's one sweet camera. I've wanted one for awhile. Let's see some of those shots of people looking away who don't want you to take pictures of them. Or maybe even animalswith wide angle lenses!!

I've had the D70 for 6 months also, only annoyance is getting the sensor cleaned! Apart from that, awesome camera.

I am also a happy D70 owner, I've been very happy with it... I have an SB600, and it integrates very well with the D70. I use the kit lens and the Nikon 70-300ED lens, the Nikon 20MM 2.8 lens, Nikon 50MM 1.4 lens, and the Nikon 105MM Micro 2.8 lens. Great camera!!!

fantastic cameras! I'd love one but i cant afford such a thing. i've seen a lot of pictures, but when someone (amateur) sent me similar pictures taken with a d70 ... i crapped my pants. it was soooooo ... i dunno you guys got d70's. take a few shots with a p&s and a few shots with the d70 .. you'll know what i mean. it's hard to put into words. it was super sharp, great color, more "depth"? again .. hard to explain, easy to see. enjoy your camera's.

tussin ... lol

got asthma? take some tussin. got chicken pox? slap some tussin on it. subcutaneous anthrax? boyyy you best be takin' some o' that tussin!

got the D70 kit right before thanksgiving and love it. Always amazed by the pictures it takes. Just ordered a set of 8x10s, too, so i'll see what kind of prints it can make.

The one thing that i noticed when ordering prints is that the images are in a 1.5:1 ratio, while 8x10s are 1.25:1. this means that you either have to crop it to around 2500x2000 or have 'letterboxed' 8x10s.
