I've had my G4 aluminum 15 PB since about November.
Am I the only guy with a keyboard that "sticks". For example, when I press a cursor key, the keyboard underneath sticks for a fraction of a second. If I press the key hard and hold it down, it will then feel and sound fine for a bit, then go back to sticking.
This is happening all over the keyboard. It is extremely annoying because it feels as if the keyboard is coming loose. The keeys function fine, BTW.
Any ideas? No, I didn't spill anything into the keyboard, but it feels like I did!

I had two 1.5GHz 15" Powerbooks, the first had several sticky keys but I mean really sticky, it also had a display defect so I brought it back to the Apple Store for a replacement. The second had slightly sticky forward and backward keys but nothing bad enough that I wanted to return it.

I wish. Drives me nucking futs.
I'm going to take it back to Apple and see what they say. Before that, though, I'll have to do a full backup. Don't want any risks.
That, of course, is for another thread....
So, anyone else have this problem?

Are you using your PowerBook in a lab or industrial environment?

Negative. However, I have been traveling a lot.
Still, it's been there since I bought it, so I don't think it's an environmental root cause.

I think you may have to be logged in for the link to work. Sorry.
If you go to Apple Discussions, click on Powerbook, and do a search for "Keyboard Issues," you'll be taken to the current discussion. Trust me, if you're having this problem, it's worth a read.
