Firefox has a weather widget. I'm sure Dashboard will have plenty with Tiger. It's not free but I use Konfabulator. Have the Weather widget for home, mini weather for my folks' town and an extra one or two minis if I'm going to be travelling.

The Firefox extension Randman mentioned is ForecastFox, and I use it as well.

My favorite of all time was an old version of WeatherPop, which had flat-black icons that went with the rest of the menu very well. I switched away when WeatherPop went shareware, but even by that time they weren't using those icons anymore.

I'll second that.

(though dashboard will likely obviate the need for any of these)

Put me down for Meteo, too. I used to use the free version of WeatherPop, but then I made the switch.
