OK, so I have Quicken 2004, and the Emergency Records Organizer is exactly what I want--one centralized password-protected database that has all of my emergency contact info, bank info, credit cards, insurance, and so forth. The problem is, ERO refuses to consistently save my data, and Quicken tech support is about as useless as 12 rows of t**s on a fullback. I can't find much in the way of support on the web, either, which leads me to believe that no one actually uses this app. Can anyone point me towards another similar app, or at least a way to fix my ERO?

Thanks,

MM

What do you consider an emergency? Like a fire? or Earthquake? Maybe you should store a printed copy of all the records in your safe. Storing "emergency" data on a computer you use daily for "non emergency" purposes strikes me as "stupid"

Well, I had actually planned to print the records and store them in a safety deposit box, but thanks for the unsolicited insult anyhow.

I also wouldn't think of myself as "stupid" for having these "emergency" records on my "non-emergency" computer if my "wallet" got "stolen." YMMV.
