The Music Store now has fifteen Final Fantasy albums!

Is this a sign of things to come? I think people here are finally taking video game music as a serious genre. I'm basing that partly on Nobuo Uematsu's sold-out tour across the United States, but also because I'll have an orchestrated piece playing in iTunes and people are always surprised to hear that it came from a video game (One Winged Angel, anyone?).
This really just made my day.

They've done this before. The Madden NFL and NBA soundtracks used to be on there as well.

The only game soundtrack I"d be interested in is the ICO one. Wow, like everything else about that game, it just defies what you expect from a 'mere' video game.

Hasn't the Boston Pops put out a couple CDs (or had a couple concerts, anyway) that was all orchestrated game music? I would like to see those on the Store.
