I have a 1.2GHz G4 ibook and I'm getting image corruption in preview app (tiger version). However with panther version of preview app, image corruption didn't occur. I find this to be very odd and hard to believe why it would be just my laptop.

I was wondering if ppl with ibooks (and osx tiger) can do a simple test for me. Open up 10-12 images (jpg preferrably) each in its own window. Then do the expose thing to see all the windows at once. Do any of the images become distorted/scrambled?
here's an example of garbled image

You've modified you're menu bar to be like that, right?

Otherwise you need to get your Ibook looked at by an Apple Tech.
