Hi, I've bought a Apple refurbed Mac mini which came without Airport Extreme installed.
If I buy something like the Belkin Wireless Network Access Point, I take it I can just plug it into the mini's ethernet port and then join my Airport Express network?
Details of the Belkin are here:

Thanks
Strix

I don't think that's the device you're looking for. This one joins your wireless computers with your wired network.
Belkin offers this device which will plug into your mini's ethernet port and provide wifi access.
There are also USB wifi devices available, which are more compact, but they rely on drivers either from the manufacturer (ideally) or from a third party (more tricky). They are generally cheaper than ethernet-wifi adapters but there's a bit more work involved.

Thanks, I think I meant the adapter and not the access point.
I'll probably go with the Belkin adapter instead of a USB device, as it seems the Belkin will be more straight forward.

No problem.
Yes, it will definitely be much easier to spend the money and get something you know will work.
