Hey ho,
Any Flash people out there?
I'm trying to convert my site from Quicktime videos over to FLVs.
I have the FLVs encoded.
I'm designing my site in Flash and want the FLVs to play inside my SWF files.
Seems like a simple notion.
I built the SWF, gave a path to the FLV and tested it on my server. Looks great.
When I put the SWF in to an HTML page, I can not get the FLV to play anymore.
I've updated the FLV component parameters and tried just about every path variation possible.
Relative paths result in the SWF loading, but no FLV.
An ABSOLUTE path seems to even stop the SWF from loading for some reason.
Here's how it's set up:
myurl.com/myplayerpage.html
myurl.com/multimedia/swfContainingFlv.swf
myurl.com/multimedia/myVideo.flv
I'm really going bananas setting this up and google has not been of much help.
Can anyone with some experience help me out?
