I hope this is the good plave to ask.......

I need a program to make .zip files from a QT.mov file.
I must send it from the Mac to a PC,one using Win95 and one with Win98.

Is there a program that can do this?
(Freeware would be nice......I'm cheap )

Stuffit Deluxe can do it. Maybe even the DropStuff program.

Just goto Versiontracker.com and look up .zip

I used to use ZipIt

Get StuffitLite from Aladdin Systems. It now includes SropStuff, SropZip and DropTar.

As a side note, why not just send the movie as is? Most QuickTime movies are already comressed to a certain degree. Unless it's an older codec (i.e. Cinepak, etc), or a DV stream, Stuffit will not be able to do much more with it.
I'm cookoo for Cocoa Apps!
