What free OS X software is out there to make animated .gifs?

Also, is there any software out there that let's you resize animated .gifs without having to manipulate the individual frames?

GifBuilder doesn't seem to like my JPEGs, so I can't build the GIF. Pixen allows me to make it, but I can't get Pixen to save my GIF animation unless I use their Pixen format.

GIFfun works though.
