Restore the Flash player that came preinstalled with your Mac using Pacifist from the system restore disc.

What browser? If it's a Gecko-based browser try deleting the respective pluginreg.dat file (~/Library/Application Support/Camino/pluginreg.dat for Camino, and ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/pluginreg.dat for Firefox), and make sure that the QuickTime plugin isn't set to try to open .swf files (System Preferences -> QuickTime -> Advanced -> MIME Settings... -> Miscellaneous -> Flash media should be unchecked).

Get Pacifist
http://www.charlessoft.com/
You'll have to use it to search the installer disc for the Flash plug-in.

Just download the version of Flash 8 that shipped with your Intel Mac from Adobe here. Alternatively, you can download the beta version of Flash 9 here.
All you had to do was go to Adobe.com and follow the link for downloading the Flash player to get these downloads.
