Hi there ...
I can't believe I can't do this ... unless I'm missing something ....
I need a way of stopping an itune track at the end of the tune ... I don't want it to go on to the next checked tune in the playlist ...
I have a playlist I want to play ... but I need to stop at the end of every tune. I don't want to uncheck all the other tunes remaining in the playlist ... or make a playlist that consists of only 1 tune ....That means I would have to make 30 playlists for this particular project.
Do I have to write Apple?

Well, the point of the playlist is to play the songs in the list.
To get around that....if you have the playlist selected, then search for just the song you want, and play it, it will play that one song and stop (assuming you don't have it set to repeat).
Its a few extra steps, but it works.

Too many Apple/Mac products to even bother listing!

I can't believe anyone would want to do this. Write Apple if you like. Expect giggles in return. And read up on the use of ellipsis in your Chicago Manual of Style, you are royally ****ing 'em up.

If you hold down the command key and click a checkmark, it checks or unchecks every single song in the playlist.

To expand on that, a playlist with unchecked songs should only play the one song you choose. It will not continue onto the next song.

you could also filter the playlist using the search box. type in the name of the song and itunes will play only that song.
