For some reason, they will not launch. Half way through I get the spinning beach ball and have to 'force quit'. Tried to re-install both, but had no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.
I had this happened to me several times and I found an article saying this will happen if you delete 'Legal' folder. Weird but seem to be better for me after I reinstalled and left Legal folder alone.
