weird apple mail photo attachment glitch

	Say I take a photo sideways with my digial camera to get the right shot. Then I import it onto my mac. Later I rotate it in preview and save it as a new file. Then every time I open the photo again in preview it is rightside up. But when I go to import the same photo into an email message it is sideways... Why does this happen? What can I do to get my photos rightsideup in apple mail? Many thanks in advance!
