Is there any reason I cant load os 9.0 on my 8500 120mhz thanks fred

there shouldnt be...i got 9.1 to work on a 6100/60mhz

Hi Gromit,
You should be fine... although, 9.0 is somewhat ram hungry, so you'll want to be sure you have at least 64 MB ram (the bare minimum, 128 would be much nicer), and you also might want to consider a G3 upgrade card, as it can be a little taxing on your processor...
