I don't exactly know what has happened, but for some reason a burn folder entitled "Untitled CD 2" has appeared on the left side of my finder window...and it's not going away.

I try to Ctrl+click and erase, but the second i click on the folder, with or without the control key, an alert window pops up that says "the volume for untitled CD 2 cannot be found" making it impossible for me to get rid of the damn thing.

any suggestions? i'm not it tech, but i'm not clueless by any means and i've given all the basic troubleshooting a shot to no avail. please help. drives me nuts and i'd REALLY like to NOT have to reformat.

This is happening to me. When I drag the icon out it disappears, but when I reboot it's back again! Any help?
