I have an issue. The front headphone jack is not working when me MacPro is in XP mode. Any suggestions? It seems to me to be a driver issue but I'm not sure and haven't fouond a faulty device to support this theory.

What do you mean by "XP mode"? Are you running Parallels, or did you boot into XP? It makes a big difference in what the exact issue might be. The general issue, though, is probably drivers.
