Is there any UTILITIY that can make the MAC FONTS a bit more clear and crisp?

I would think that if your fonts aren't looking sharp that it would more likely be a case of the monitor settings (e.g. whether you're using your monitor's native resolution or not). It may also be a specific app. Some apps, like Microsoft Office don't use anti aliasing by default, so you need to turn on font smoothing.
Can you describe your problems more specifically?

In the Sys Prefs, you can tell OS X how crisp you want your fonts to be, you don't need a utility? Are you using a CRT, by the way (which has built-in font-smoothing …)?

Well, turn off Anti-Aliasing via Preferences (which leads to badly hinted bitmap-fonts that looks crappy) or try to live with the slight blurryness. It's not a bug, it's feature.

I was WONDERING that Myself. And we get random Capitol Letters for some WORDS, too.
I ALSO find it AMUSING that People STILL REFER to the computer built by APPLE as MAC and not a Mac.

OS X's font smoothing needs some help in many cases.
I find that ClearType in XP looks better in a few cases, and I was recently pretty impressed with the latest Ubuntu and its sub-pixel hinting implementaiton. Vista's font rendering is by far the best I've seen though.
I hope Apple improves this in Leopard.

My two cents: OS X's rendering is by far the best. I stare at type all day for a living, and OS X does the best job in both character shape and kerning. I also find it to be the easiest to read. Linux's rendering is pretty good, and can be tweaked to be very good. I've even copied Lucida Grande and some other OS X system fonts to my Linux machine. I find Windows to have some serious limitations: it's good with light face fonts at medium sizes, but doesn't do a very good job at small and large sizes, and doesn't handle bold or heavy faces well at all.
