OFFICER LINKED TO VIOLENT INCIDENTS / Complaints allege undue force in 4 cases in S.F. in 9 months

This isn't the first time Jeese Serna has had negative articles written about him. Over the course of nine years, he has used more force than any other officer in the Bay Area. What truly amazes me, is that it is very well known that he uses excessive violence often yet no action has been taken by the Police Department. One would think that he would have lost his job by now.

Unfortunately, there are rogue cops out there. Hopefully he'll get his due soon.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

It really makes me sick to my stomach though that our tax dollars make up his salary.

We had one shoot a teenager in the face THEN he put a knife in his hand.
He thought the kid was dead, but he lived through the night in the hospital with his upper jaw blown out.

All men are created equal, but what they do after that point puts them on a sliding scale.

Because the police department can't do anything about it. It would have to be the FBI.

At that point it'd be Federal and not civil, wouldn't it?

Internal Affairs is not Federal. It's within the department.

In the case of Detroit, the federal government. They've been under federal monitoring for quite a few years, as they're so damned corrupt.
