all of a sudden the volume controls on my apple keyboard have stopped controlling my main speakers and instead only control the MacPro's internal speaker. The problems seems to have coincided with the release of itunes 7.3 but thats probably just a coincidence.
Has anyone else heard of this? or does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you have you "main speakers" plugged into the headphone plug or the line-out (in the back of a Mac Pro)? If they are in the lie-out, try using the headphone plug in the front of the Mac Pro.
