just read about it...that's somewhat bothersome. I ordered my AppleTV a few days after the Keynote hoping it would come right from the factory in the new box and new software....I was wrong. I've been waiting on HDMI cables so I haven't had a chance to hook it up yet.

Grrr, I am bummed. Maybe it's a marketing thing. Who are the major advertisers for the Super Bowl? Maybe they'll announce the update during the game.

Doesn't make sense for them to delay the release because of it since it has already been announced. Probably just some last minute technical issues, I'm sure we'll get the update soon.
