Can anyone confirm what exactly you get for this 20 dollar update?

I ve just bought an ipod touch and am runnig version 1.1.4

Yet itunes still suggests that I download the 20 dollar update.

What do I get for that?

The current version of iTunes is having some problems. Are you able to sync your ipod? If not, you'll have to stop iTunes from connecting to the iTunes music store after you plug in your iPod. Either disconnect your network connection or quickly hit the 'x' in the display window as iTunes is trying to connect.

Hopefully apple will do a better quality check on iTunes with the next version.
