The machine I'm having this problem on is a PowerPC G4 1.25 Ghz

The short story is ... whenever I bring up a Word Processor page
I get this (with a blinking cursor):

I have tried to 'Restore Default Settings' - I've reloaded AppleWorks 6.0
a number of times - restarted my Mac each time after after reloading
the software.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

Scott

I've been using AppleWorks since 1.1 ... and I've never seen anything like this before.

What's the default paper size set to? Check "Page Setup..." under the File menu.

.......... I need a nap!

I had set the printing options for business cards last week ... and
had forgotten they were still there!

Thanks a lot - I really appreciate it!

Nice desktop BTW.

For such a small picture (i.e., limited view),
it gives a clear impression of massive clutter.

Not massive ... just encroaching ... I'm helping to start a new motion picture company ... I've got three Macs working on it for about 20 hours a day. I
need another BU/HD. Life is complicated - BUT - fun!
