Hmmm, I was gonna call a repeat but thats a new one. There was one of these a couple months ago where some tard stole the car of a witness being interviewed at an accident scene, all in the background while the news crew was filming. It was sort of dark too, so I know they were using at least an on-camera light, it'd be hard not to notice.
