Icons Disappeared in Finder Toolbar

Strangest thing happened. The toolbar graphics on top of my finder window disappeared (Where it says "back", "view", "Quicklook" etc...screenshot attached).
It happened when I was previewing a video in QuickLook. I tried to see if Command+F would fullscreen it (like in Quicktime) but it brought up the search... and then it somehow goofed up the graphics.
I've restarted, still the same - just shows text - and when I try customizing the toolbar (dragging stuff on it) the icons still don't show up, just text.
Any idea how I can reset that, or what happened?

Control‑click here, it’ll give you some view options:
You can have either icons and text, just icons, or just text.

Alternately, it's "View" menu --> Customize Toolbar… (as in every app that has window toolbars EXCEPT MS office).
