Could anyone provide some info of G4-400 Powerbook HDD.

Nope.
You have to do this one yourself. The PowerBook ships with various hard drives - whichever manufacturer will offer Apple the lowest price that week. Well, maybe not, but that's what they do with RAM.
Check under the keyboard, and you will find either an IBM, Fujitsu, or Toshiba hard drive. The IBM runs loudest, and the Toshiba is the quietest, but the IBM certainly takes the lead in perfomance.
Check the manufacturer's website, and sure enough, you will have specifications for your drive (if you look hard enough).

A somewhat on-topic question:
I ran the ATTO benchmarks on my Pismo's 12 GB Fujitsu, and came back with something like 55 MB/sec sustained write, but only 7Mb/sec sustained read. Anyone know why such a disparity between write and read?
