My PowerMac 7500 with Powerlogix G3/400 card installs OSX successfully and I can run it using builtin graphics. However, with my ix3D card it gives kernel error while booting. Is there a driver available for the ix3D card.

If not, I want to make the builtin graphics more usable. Currently, the only resolution I have (I have 4MB VRAM) is 640x480. I think it is because of the cheap VGA-to-Mac display adapter. Is there a utility on Mac OS X to force the display resolution higher. SuperRes works for me on Mac OS 9.

Thanks,

-Siva

Sorry, I can't help you, but you can help me!
I have a 7500/500. How do you get OSX to install? I Started the installer and it tells my my computer is not supported, what do you do to get it to work?

Actually, when I posted this message, I was using the public beta. Since, the release version of Mac OS X does not support the 7500, I have not tried it yet. However, there was an article online that instructed how to get this done. Ryan Rempel wrote this. It is at:
