Loaded up Fallout 4 since I never played the DLC. Didn't realize it had been 2.5 years since I played. I'm very jumpy and completely lost... so I'm just going to remodel my bases and then move on.
I'll def play the beta before I'm going to many sense of this news. Destiny might be a profitable and mechanically sound game but find it soulless and repetitive.
FYI - Destiny 2 is free right now for PSN Plus members. Campaign was fun. You should give it a try.
How does the online party creating work via skill equalization? I'm playing casual - does it pair up groups of a similar skill? Or is it a free for all and the good guys will be playing ranked? I feel like I'll come in for the first game and kick ass and then the next five or six games just get demolished. I didn't know if they adjust teams or games to put similarly skilled players together.
Missed this at the time.
From what others say, non-ranked matchmaking is still broken. I've only played ranked doubles for about a year, and it seems like I've got a teammate with a horrible connection every other match.
The playerbase was dwindling pretty bad, and Forsaken was coming out. Offer the core for free and sell expansions.
I do have to say, it's a shame that they took actions to appease complaints and it's killed their playerbases' longevity. Though the reality might be the entire concept is going to have downsides one way or the other.
I imagine the head honchos at Activision are not happy with Bungie. (They're in for two more Destinies, right?)
Location: Iowa, how long can this be? Does it really ruin the left column spacing?

I've been playing with my 5 year old and casual actually managed to do a decent job of pairing us up fairly. In a typical game, he'll end up with ~100 points at the end of the game, I'll have 500-600, and both of the opponents will have ~300. Occasionally we'll get crushed, and on a few occasions he's broken 300 points and gotten MVP. He's very proud of those games. But for such a mismatched team, the games seem to end up pretty fair skill-wise.
On my own, I'm stuck in silver in doubles and gold in standard.
For no particular reason I borrowed a friend's copy of Call of Duty WW2 and have been playing online recently.
You may be surprised to learn that most of the maps are complete cluster****s, including one (Shipment 1944) which is absolutely tiny and features some pretty great spawning scenarios.
Really haven't had the time to tuck back into RDR2, and now Metro Exodus is out...RIP FattyMcBlobicus
In a fit of nostalgia last night a friend was replaying our H3 shenagians and rocket race maps and I couldn’t help but think I should stop by the old forum. I’ve been absent and wanted to check in on the old crew . Hope you’re all doing well.
I’ve moved over mostly to PS4 under PSN: Kevin Bogues but still on Xbox : Bogues
Dakar, Sek, Crosbie bros thanks for making a night drinking about gaming

Bogues you beautiful bastard, good to hear from you!
Recently I was checking out my Flickr account and came across my Halo 3 album, man what a ton of good memories from that game. Probably, when all is said and done, that will be my most fond memory of online gaming ever. Next to the first Minecraft servers.

I'm going to add you on PS4 ASAP.
I think I revisited the NN Grand Prix thread once for the pics and recaps of all the Rocket Races.

Get me added Fatty! Currently running through far cry 5 awaiting division 2 (you snagging this ?) and just finished up my God of War platinum
I though FC5 was...fine. It looked pretty in 4K and ran well, but the story was moronic. I got kidnapped how many times?
There was some lovely insane things you could do. Had to shoot down three helicopters - used the flight suit to chase them down, switch to the parachute, use the heat-seeking missiles to blow them up.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.
Borderlands 2, The Pre-Sequel and all DLC free on PS4 with PSN Plus
Crosbie, where you at? Dakar and I are all over the Pre Sequel at the moment, you should join in. Of course me being a lame old dad and you being on the west coast might provide some problems...

Put me in coach! Need to jump into this to prep for BL3
Recently, I've started noticing that Dota 2 item prices started falling down due to the last updates. Moreover, some of my friends don't play the game after them at all. So, is it a good time to exchange Dota 2 items on CS:GO skins on platforms such as DMarket or simply sell them before it's too late?
Actually, I already feel like it's kinda late because my "Flourishing Lodestar", an immortal for Enchantress droped to $5 from $12 since the last International. And I feel like I lost a lot because of this. Will it continue falling or it will be better at the upcoming TI10?
