as far as i know only the 800mhz and 1ghz emacs from the same revision have a known overclock, but i could be wrong.

Yeah it's overclocked. I've been overclocking my Mac's since I've owned them. Anything can be overclocked, just how far you can push it is the question. As for overclocking an eMac this page explains it in more detail than I ever could.
