How predictably commercial (or: how commercially predictable).
But to answer the question: no, I’ve never heard of that either. And I wouldn’t fancy trying one, either (assuming of course that there are other parties where the first of your two rules doesn’t apply). At such a gig, the right to decline is sacred, and I’d feel very uncomfortable knowing that I had to say yes to anyone who wanted to have sex with me—I’d feel like a prostitute, basically, except without the pay.
Me too. It's all well and good until someone brings their smelly, fat cousin.

The whole setup sounds a bit dodgy to me.

They might be, I don't know the specifics. Stands to reason, however, if someone can walk around the place taking pictures with a phone, that setting up video cameras wouldn't be difficult. Sounds like a way for an enterprising, and immoral, young person to make some tuition money.

I actually don't understand how anyone makes money from porn on the internet, there are so many free sites.

Most of it, I presume, comes from people trying to satisfy their particular niche fetish.

To be fair on that one, a bunghole is the proper name of where you put the stopper on a cask.
I know what a bunghole IS, and I also know what it refers to besides a plug for a cask...something else that can be licked...

Perhaps I'm getting older and more prudish but the idea behind this in my current state of mind seems nauseating.
Am I the only one who thinks this sounds just a tad bit revolting?
(If I am, it's ok)

I've been around the block a few times and it sounds dodgy to me.
Like Ois says, the right to decline is sacred. Otherwise, it's just a form of rape, isn't it?

I agree that the only way it would work is if people can object and have that objection respected. (Even then, seems like an activity for people with no self-respect at all.)
