I think I may have bought them in a drunken stupor, though I have yet to play multi. I figure I should finish the campaign first.

Some of the best Warthog driving skills I've ever seen. Lot's of LOL moments in this video.
YouTube - Road Trip
edit - I didn't know you could push a flag with a crate and Warthog.

The guy obviously has some mad sliding skills, but so many of those feel like the stupidest players or a lot of luck.
The kill spree was insane, though. Way to spawn them all near the warthog.

I'm awful at free-for-all gametypes, but I finally pegged that what draws me to Gears must be the gametypes (along with the gore). Annex is just Team Crazy King. But that's not a gametype thats going to get play in Halo.

I'm up for some new H3 maps tonight Stogie, and this time I mean it!
Mythic is downloaded, Fatty is awaiting the Stog-ster.
p.s. My mic is on the fritz lately, here's hoping it decides to work tonight.
Edit: In other Fatty related news I will be buying CoD4 very soon. Partly so I can pass Dakar's GS, partly because it's hilarious how bad I am at this game.

Fun night between Stogie and I while Dakar was out in the cold.
Assembly: Fun map when you don't spawn with the AR. For Halo 2 players it's similar to Midship, but krazier!
Sandbox: A riot with Objective-type games, Slayer suffers here though. Elimination of the Brute Chopper will make Stog and I happy boys.
Orbital: Elongation from Halo 2, or Longest from Halo 1. Nothing spectacular, linear hallways and a gap jump I can't master.
Thanks to Orbital hallways and SWAT (and much to Crosbie's chagrin) I got my overkill achievement.
Now for the photos, minus one planned Fatty-O-Rama of Orbital that came out totally borked.
The last game of the night. Neutral bomb in Sandbox. Stogie driving his favorite vehicle while Fatty passes with the bomb.
Fatty and teammate caught red-handed at an Elite peep-show. Team CTF in Orbital.
Last but not least, fresh from the oven, Fatty-O-Ramasâ„¢ The Mythic Edition
View of the 'base' (so to speak) that lies at either end of Assembly. Stogie mans the right side, Fatty prowls the left. The shiny window visible can be seen through from the inside of the base, but not from the outside, giving a unique advantage. Far left is the center area lead to by 4 catwalks, it's a deathtrap.
Sandbox. Stogie drives, Fatty Guns. Rocket Launcher wielding blue dude ends our fun with his second rocket, the first volley is visible far left of the picture. Like I said before, this map is best suited for Objective games. Otherwise it ends up being a clusterf**k at the center of the map.
*orbital o-rama under construction*

Fun times last night. It's a shame Dakar couldn't join us. It seemed like SWAT was the game type of choice last night. Did I mention that Fatty is a beast at SWAT?
I don't have too many pics of Orbital. (Actually just one.) Here's one of Crosbie & Fatty almost getting a mowdown.

Stogie-ramaâ„¢ - Showing Fatty on how to master the gap jump. (He showed his appreciation by betraying me with the sniper rifle seconds later.)

View of the Blue base in Orbital. Stogie mounts the mongoose, Fatty wields the mauler.
I know I've whined about this before, but my hatred of the Elite 'glitch' in Team SWAT was reawakened tonight. The lobby loaded to a rare half-empty match. It was Stogie and I versus 3 other guys, one of theirs wasn't playing so equal match right? Hardly.
Here are four kills robbed from yours truly. Others were questionable, but here it's clear as day, in the second panel his head is actually reeling back from the hit. Each one of these 'headshots' resulted in a death for Fatty, I didn't look thorough Stogies film but I'm sure I'd have found several robberies there too. So what could be done to save face?
We teabagged him at every chance. Shown here is a lewd performance by Fatty, while Crosbie watches from the shadows.
Crosbie was bagged, and bagged this Elite jerk countless times, it was a regular scrot-off.
Thats me getting shot by someone other than the Elite, for a change, with one second left while it was tied 45-45, #!&%$! You can see just how crucial those bullsh!t anti-headshots would have been.
It's not like the Elite kid was bad, he had skill, and handed me my ass legitimately more than a few times throughout the match. Had he been a Spartan, well, you know.
Obligatory extra-fancy photo of me bagging him.
This is the SWAT variant of Sandbox. Pretty cool IMO
..and this is the last photo, entitled "Stogieman Lays the Hammer Down"

If anyone is interested, I'm shamelessly organizing a "Save this Film" achievement boosting meet-up on Saturday, April 25th at 3pm Eastern/noon Pacific.

Oh oh. Who's going to be the first to reach 72 achievements (the current maximum)?
Achievements remaining for Stogie (4):
- Overkill
- Save this film
- Zombie Repeller
- Delicious Brains
Achievements remaining for Bogues (7):
- Vidmaster Challenge: Light Switch
- Vidmaster Challenge: Annual
- Look Both Ways
- Have Fun Respawning
- Save this Film
- Zombie Repeller
- Delicious Brains
I heard that this week's double exp playlist will be the Living Dead. "Delicious Brains" & "Zombie Repeller" achievements here I come.

94 points left for me there Daker.
I have a hankerin' for new game too... I had mentioned CoD4, but I'm leaning towards WaW because of the nazi zombie mode, which is pretty intense. I've been playing it on a friend's PS3.

LIVING DEAD DOUBLE EXP WEEKEND with one of the maps being a variant on the new Mythic map Sandbox. Good chance to get one or both of those 2 new Mythic zombie achievements. 25G each.
Delicious Brains 25G
Zombie Repeller 25G
I'm gonna head in to the playlist tomorrow afternoon. Shouldn't take too long to get those achievements depending on how long it takes Sandbox to come up.
edit: Ooops, there's actually variants of 3 of the Mythic Maps (Assembly, Orbital, Sandbox) in the Living Dead Playlist!

After quite a few games and lots of veto's i still never saw a single Mythic map to get my achievements on... Fatty and Stogie were on too so i'll wait to see if they had any luck (hopefully not stogie, this achivement war would be all but over)

I played for 3 hours straight and not one Mythic Map came up. This is going to take longer than I thought. Getting 12 people in a match that have the Mythic maps it going to be tough. Especially when you can't party up in the Living Dead playlist.

Mythic should be required to play in the double exp weekend playlist, IMO
EDIT: the "Haunted Manor" on foundry is a great map/gametype

Not really, but it's nice to brag that you have all the current achievements. The only reason you don't have 100% is because Bungie won't let you.

Geez. once I saw 3 Mythic maps were in the playlist, I didn't think it would be that hard to get the achievement!?! I guess it'll take longer than I thought too.

Bogues, you never responded. Are you going to join Fatty & I in the "Save this Film" meet-up tomorrow? Do both of you have extra controllers? We may need the guest accounts to fill in the empty slots. I got access to 4 controllers myself.
Leonard, do you have the Mythic map pack?

Yeah, I have the Mythic map pack. But if you're wonderin' if I can join you tomorrow, tomorrow's bad for me, except for the evening, maybe.
Besides, I don't think I could up with you guys, I'm only an average player. I should check out your stats, You guys are probably Brigadiers or higher.

Well another 3.5 hours of playing the living dead playlist and not one Mythic map came up. That brings the grand total of 6.5 hours this weekend so far. This is bullshit.

Yeah I spent 2 hours trying and not one mythic map... too many people on there without the mythic maps, like you said.
I'll probably be on around 7pm today to try again.
