I had a Dell 2405 on order but I just cancelled it, I can not wait the 8 more days it will take to be delivered, so I will just walk in and get a 23" ACD. Also we do not get the discounts here in Hong Kong on Dell like you get in the states.

Please, can someone measure the height of their 24 inch display. Also are these VESA compatible if I wanted to purchase a different system?

Yea, I saw that too. But funny how things don't always measure the same in real life (see Hard Drive and Television sizes), so I thought a real world measurement would be most helpful.

Thanks.

I may bite next coupon deal.

Anyone think going from a 20" to a 24" is worth it?

I wants me some more screen realastate and don't feel like spending 3000$ now.

maybe later this year.

I'm hoping to go with the 24 over the 20, cause it seems like it would last longer. I'm just gonna bump up from a Pismo to a Macmini and wait out till the Intels. if the 24 doesn't fit, then I'll just get an iMac.

But if you already have a 20, it might not be worth it, but then again with a good coupon it's $800. What kind of system do you have, maybe an additional card and a cheap crt will save you in cost?

You have a 24 inch display and a 17 inch powerbook among other little cool things, but no digital camera?

Interesting.

Interesting.
I have an iSight, but never had use for a digital camera. My phone has a camera, but the quality is not worth the effort.
