Httpmail stopped working with AppleMail this week so I could no longer can import Hotmail into my desktop.

So, I searched the Internet and used Popmail for Windowslive. Now I can get mail to my inbox in AppleMail, but the junk mail from my Hotmail account does not load into my Applemail junk mail folder. How do I fix this? Also, when I created my WindowsLive account with Popmail there was no Junk Mail folder for my Applemail account so I had to create one. Is this a problem?

Finally, I deleted my old Hotmail Http account and promptly lost all my saved emails for that coount.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but POP mail only downloads from the Inbox.

There is no concept of folders with POP, it is just your mail. Whatever folder structure you impose is entirely arbitrary and local to your email client.
