Santa came early this year. Check it out....

All the Nausicaä manga on Miyazaki created compiled into two volumes (and translated). I'm a huge Miyazaki fan so i decided to try and give these a shot. It's available on Amazon for anyone who's interested.

Obscure nerd material. I hate 99% of all that crap, except for Initial D, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, and Appleseed.

So it's all shit, except for the obscure nerd shit that you happen to know about?

Which is probably less than 1% of 1% of 1% of the manga that exists.

All the ones I related are about futurism or transport. Most anime/manga annoys the living shit out of me. What's the one you posted about?

I always liked The Guyver as well.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

Uhh your link proved you wrong, Dextromethorphan (ingredient in Robitussin and called DXM) is not listed, Dextroamphetime is though....not the same thing.

DXM in large enough doses gives pretty intense hallucinations, from some experience in college I assure you Adderrall does not have this effect.

Right you are, that's what I get for skimming instead of reading.

Looks like an impressive new release. Translated while preserving as much of the original imagery as possible - and now in this Hardcover format.

I like how you at first were not a fan of Anime but have gradually acquired a taste for some of them. Not necessarily the inevitable outcome but since it is the result of sampling with an open mind it would have been a positive experience no matter what.

Really hope you like the more elaborate narrative of the Manga.

@lurkalot
Yeah, 10 years ago I hated the stuff.

I'm don't think i'd consider myself to be a anime/manga fan, but i'm definitely a huge Miyazaki fan.

Not sure what qualifies as Manga, but I'm a big fan of Inuyasha and Cowboy Bebop too.
