The title says silk, but I meant WindowshadeX!
Hey I noticed Unsanity's WindowshadeX program stopped working all of the sudden...what could it have been? There have been no recent system updates, no hardware changes, no new programs installed...nothing. I noticed because I like to have window shadows a lot smaller than they are standard, and it worked great for like 3 weeks...then, BOOM, my shadows were back to normal and none of the minimizing effects work or anything. I have tried uninstalling and reloading the program, and it just won't work. Does anyone have a clue what it could be?

Stopped working after exactly 3 weeks ? Did you register ?
Tried the obvious like trashing the prefs, zapping the pram ?

Yeah, registered a long time ago. I didn't "try the obvious", how do you clear those things? Help is mucho appreciated!
EDIT: nah, not "exactly" 3 weeks, but somewhere around there, give or take a week or 2.

user / Library / Preferences / com.unsanity.windowshadex.plist
drag this file into the trash, log out - back in
Open SystemPreferences / WindowShadeX, and reset your prefs.

I had this problem once. As I recall trashing the prefs fixed it.

Trashed the .plist, logged out, then in. Went to windowshadex. It reset the settings, as the whole welcome message appeared and everything, but it still doesn't work. Well, I emailed unsanity, they emailed me back asking for some info, such as OS version, etc. I have a feeling they'll tell me the same thing you guys did.. Well, any other suggestions? I appreciate the help guys.
