I called Apple today so I could get my iPod fixed/replaced, and they gave me the URL that they do for such things. However, I can't get to it. I thought it was http://depot.info.com/ipod, but that doesn't seem to be working. Is the site down at the moment, or do I have the URl wrong.

Thanks in advance.
