OK, I was reading the paper to-day and was looking at the films that are being shown at the Sundance Film Festival and I came across this film called ZOO. I don't shock easy by the way.

Well, when I got home I just had to look it up on the internets.

This makes Brokeback Mountain look like Anne of Green Gables.

What's going on out there, not enough good looking women/gaymen? Hey even bad sex is better than no sex at all. Maybe it's the proximity to Microsoft!?

By the way...this is not a nice way to leave the planet.

Whoa. It looks like a pretty interesting film actually.
And for those who won't bother to read: no, there's no sex depicted in the film.

I read about this earlier today. Who knew that so many people wanted to lie with stallions (a biblical joke there for ya)? Kudos to the guy who made the film. I won't be watching.

So after gay sex the next shocker level is horse sex?

But for the recored I did enjoy all the hardcore sex in Anne of Green Gables.

I actually know the guy who wrote the film... he's incredibly interesting and a great writer. I haven't seen the film, but it's gotten some great reviews, and all I've heard is that it's nothing to be repulsed at.

Bestiality doc premieres at Sundance - Los Angeles Times
PARK CITY, Utah — "Zoo" is a documentary about what director Robinson Devor accurately characterizes as "the last taboo, on the boundary of something comprehensible." But remarkably, an elegant, eerily lyrical film has resulted.

"Zoo," premiering before a rapt audience Saturday night at Sundance, manages to be a poetic film about a forbidden subject, a perfect marriage between a cool and contemplative director (the little-seen "Police Beat") and potentially incendiary subject matter: sex between men and animals. Not graphic in the least, this strange and strangely beautiful film combines audio interviews (two of the three men involved did not want to appear on camera) with elegiac visual re-creations intended to conjure up the mood and spirit of situations. The director himself puts it best: "I aestheticized the sleaze right out of it."
