Any PC AGP graphic cards are supported by the Power Mac G4 (FW800)? I am looking for something which has better performance than the stocked ATi Radeon 9000 Pro 64MB DDR.

Any idea?

The Geforce 4 128 chip you could get from apple. I don't believe there are any PC cards that you can flash that would be better.

The new Geforce 5200 and the Radeon 9800 are both 8 X AGP and your Mac has a 4 X AGP, so I'm not sure if you'd get all the coolness out of the card you were thinking of.

The ATI Radeon 9800 Retail card, just announced today, is actually AGP 2x,4x. The Radeon 9800 Pro (OEM from Apple, with new G5) is 8x only (so it wouldn't even work in your box).

The only downside for you might be that the retail version doesn't have ADC. But on the upside, you get a sweet suite of controls (finally) for the card (i.e. new confiuration utility for the 9800). Even better, the card is (allegedly) available as I type from the ATI.com store.
