Most people can drink more light beer as opposed to regular. i.e. they are a lot easier to pound because they are less filling.

Molson Canadian Light is by far my favorite light beer. It is more flavorful than any other light beer that I've tasted, and even better than a lot of mass produced American domestic beers.

Another vote for Amstel Light.

oh, and technically, Guinness is pretty light. It has a lower alcohol content than bud light and Miller lite.

If you're doing the low-carb thing, Big Rock JackRabbit is the best light beer I've had ever. Too bad you can only get it in Canada.

In the US, I like the new Aspen Edge but I usually have Michelob Ultra.

Never was a light beer fan, but one day that changed. When I used to work at a resaurant, customers often left alcohol behind at the end of the night when we 'forgot' to remind them to take it with them. (restaurant was BYO alcohol) So one night 6 Cascade Light's were left behind, and since I was the manager, guess who got to take them home? (as usual)

Yep, me. So um, yes. That's my story. Cascade Light is my favourite light beer. Full strength is still a toss up between Crownies and XXXX Lager.

WTF... your light beers are like 4%. Our lights are ~2.5%.

How strange.

Anyway... Guiness isn't lighter than Bud Light. Guiness Draught is

Guiness Extra Stout is the real Guiness.

Here's a smaller picture that tooki won't freak out about.

LIGHT BEER?!?! Maybe only in color.

Duvel has a alcohol content of 8.5%!!! This often shocks most people who drink it. It is a very deceptive beer.

Duvel is my second favorite beer of all time. And that has been determined from my drinking it after it has been shipped (probably warm *shudder*) across the Atlantic Ocean in a cargo vessel. Even after that, it is like heaven on the tongue.

There's a reason Duvel translate into "devil".

I only drink light beer after a few real beers.

The best American brews come from this brewery:
