I'm wondering what the configuration of SODIMM's would be so that you could get the maximum amount of RAM in your ibook.

i.e. is it 1x128 and 2x256? or possibly 1x512 and 1x128

Hope someone can help me !!!

Your iBook has 1 RAM expansion slot, and either 32, 64MB, or 128MB built onto the motherboard (depending which model you have). So, you can buy a 512MB RAM module, stick it in the slot, and you'll have your max.
www.ramseeker.com and www.dealram.com are good places to look for deals.
